Getting started with nutrition coaching involves just four easy steps:
Step 1. Free Intro
Everyone comes in with a different background and different story. We start you exactly where you are, and then progressively and systematically help you reach your goals. We’ll cover everything you need to know to begin your nutrition journey with us, and start you on the path to get you there.
What is the free intro?
Everybody and every body’s different – so is your story. We believe just throwing a meal plan at you is not demonstrating a commitment to your nutrition. Instead, we believe the key to building a welcoming community and to your success is in getting to know each of our members’ goals and preferences. We start everyone off with a free introduction, led by one of our experienced coaches.
We will chat about what you want to achieve and how Nexus can provide you with the tools you want and need to be successful. No prep work or anything needed, show up in regular clothes and chat.

Step 2. Foundations
Our Foundations program is designed to teach you the basics of sustainable nutrition, develop key eating habits, and to ease you into a healthy lifestyle. This preparatory course is invaluable in teaching you how to eat according to your hunger and your goals.
What is Foundations?
Our Foundations program is for anyone new to nutrition coaching at Nexus. This is your personalized introduction to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Your first 30-90 days include several one-on-one sessions to establish exactly what you need to do to get you where you want to be.
In these sessions, we will establish your current eating habits, address any obstacles you face, and provide you with a real plan for success.
We offer two options to get you started:
First 30 Days
Our base Foundations option.
This choice covers your introductory one-on-one session, action plan, customized meal plans, nutrition handbook, and before-and-after InBody scan. Enrolls into regular on-going nutrition coaching after the first month.
First 90 Days
This choice covers monthly one-on-one sessions, personalized action plans, customized meal plans, nutrition handbook, and monthly InBody scans. Enrolls into regular monthly on-going nutrition coaching after the third month.

Step 3. Nutrition Coaching
Our personalized nutrition coaching program blends accountability with clear direction. With the guidance of our experienced and compassionate nutrition coach, you never have to wonder whether what you’re doing is actually helping you reach your goals.
What’s different about our nutrition coaching program?
Our nutrition coaching program is much more than your run-of-the-mill diet. Instead, we want to help you understand your hunger cues, tastes, and preferences and become a confident, independent eater!
We never have our clients eat the same bland meals every day. What’s that really teaching you? No, we want to help you truly enjoy food again! Long-term change will only come from something you can see yourself doing long-term. That’s where we come in.
Whether it’s eating for health, fueling for performance, or just being more confident in your own skin, our goal with nutrition is to help make your life outside the gym even better.
CrossFit + Personalized Nutrition
Unlimited Classes: $210/month
13 Classes/Month: $190/month

Step 4. Follow-up
Accountability and direction are key for success. At Nexus, we want to make sure you’re on track to reach your goals. Follow-up with your coach every month for an InBody scan, goal review, and new action steps to keep you focused on the right things at the right time.
We’re a coaching business, not just a gym. In a gym, your success is up to you alone. But at Nexus, we’re here to provide guidance and accountability along your journey. This is the true value in what we do.
During your Next 90 Days strategy session, we track your body fat, muscle mass, and weight using our InBody 270 scanner. Then, we’ll talk about your achievements, your goals, and the obstacles you’re facing. From there, we’ll break down your goals and provide you with the next steps to get you where you want to be.
