With just a little bit of effort and a little guidance, we can help you get there. The journey won’t always be easy but it is completely possible for anybody willing to put in the work.

ABOUT THE NEXUS NUTRITION PROJECT
The Project is focused on developing everyday habits to build your momentum and knowledge to help you see greater results than ever before.
Participants will enjoy:
- Nutrition kickoff seminar – Sunday, January 13th at 2:00pm
- Initial biometric testing – InBody scan and basic measurements
- Nutrition Handbook
- Delicious, nutritious recipes and shopping lists
- Dietitian-built meal plans based on your goals
- Weekly check-ins with the nutrition coach to keep you accountable and focused on the right things
- A dedicated app featuring group and private messaging with your coach, helpful videos, food tracking, and more
- Daily and weekly habits designed to help you make long-term changes
- Final biometric testing
