About Josh Solar

I’m Josh Solar, the Energy Guide. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and am a father of 3; 2 of which have Cystic Fibrosis and 1 with arthritis. I’ve been studying the breath and its effects on our lives, both mentally and physically, for the past 18 years. I have battled depression and broken bones. I’ve learned a lot about grief, suffering, trauma and its effects on the mind/body. I know what it’s like to be hit with hard stuff outside of our control and I’m living proof that you can find healing, peace and happiness when you commit to learning how to manage stress and anxiety.

I’m a certified Breathwork Healer through classes with Erin Telford and David Elliott. I’m a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage and I’m a Heartmath Add Heart Facilitator.

Why

Life these days is hard. We all have a lot of responsibilities. We all picked up certain behavior patterns and beliefs as we learned to navigate the world as kids. We’ve all suffered loss, heartbreak and made mistakes we regret. All of these things collectively shape how we view and interact with the world. My goal is to give you tools to work through all of your limiting beliefs, traumas, grief and heartbreaks.

With mindfulness practices you can break unhealthy habits, spark creativity, rewrite negative stories, and find contentment and joy in who you are.

How

My mindfulness coaching takes an individualized approach to your needs:

  1. We will meet to discuss where you stand currently and do a few future vision exercises together so we know where you want to go.
  2. Then I’ll give you some practices to incorporate into your life that don’t feel like just another thing to add to the to do list.
  3. We’ll touch base often to see how you’re progressing and make adjustments to the practices if we need to.
