THE NEXUS 6-WEEK ENDURANCE PROGRAM
This program is intended for anyone serious about developing a more powerful, longer-lasting engine. Learn to run faster and more efficiently, prevent and reduce running-related injuries, and build those lungs!
Participants will meet twice a week for a one-hour class dedicated to increasing aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Classes will typically include running skills, drills, and pacing but may also include interval training workouts and targeted strength training. Participants will also receive extra workouts that may be completed outside of class times.
The program will include:
- Video analysis
- Skills and drills
- Endurance workouts
- Two benchmark days before and after
- Limited edition Nexus Endurance T-shirt
The Nexus Endurance Club is open to anyone seeking to elevate their performance. Work in a small group with qualified coaches to build strength and improve aerobic capacity.
Classes will be capped at 12 athletes.
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 5:30 p.m.
