This program is intended for those serious enough about Olympic Lifting to take it to the next level. This will be 12 hours of specialized, intimate coaching over the 6 weeks. There will be athlete specific programming based on deficiencies and individual needs.

The focus here will be on building motor patterns through deliberate repetition.

The emphasis will be on the following:
Clean & Jerk
Accessory work
Pulls from positions
Video analysis and feedback with Coaches every class

The Nexus Barbell Club is open to beginner and intermediate lifters and a great way to take your Olympic lifting skills to the next level. Work in a small group with qualified weightlifting coaches to build strength and improve lifting mechanics.

Classes will be capped at 8 athletes.

Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 5:30 p.m.
