Where is CrossFit Nexus?
16509 Cornerstone Drive in Belton, MO. We're conveniently located just off 71 and 163rd, south of the Hampton Inn.
When does it start?
Anytime. The program is individualized and begins when you're ready.
When are your classes?
Classes are offered 6 days a week, starting as early as 5:30 am and ending as late as 7:30 pm. With over 30 options each week, I’m sure we can find something that works with your schedule.
How long are your classes?
Our classes are one hour long and include a full warm up, workout, and a cool down, which makes it easy to fit an effective workout into a busy schedule.
What do I need to do?
We ask that you attend classes at least 3 times a week and stay on track with your nutrition coach to see optimal results.
Who is this for?
People at any level of fitness can participate in this program. Our coaches are able to modify any workout to fit your specific needs, including working around any injuries you may have. Participants include people wanting to maintain their weight and "tone up" to people needing to lose 100 pounds or more.
I haven't exercised in a really long time. Can I still participate?
Yes, most definitely. In fact... YOU REALLY SHOULD! Our experienced and passionate coaches will make sure you can complete the program and get amazing results, regardless of your current abilities.
I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still join?
Yes, you certainly can. You don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in our program. Many people just want to get in shape and join for the extra accountability and supportive environment.
I'm a vegetarian/vegan. Can I still do the program?
Absolutely. Our nutrition coaching is completely customized to your lifestyle, so we can work with you regardless of your dietary restrictions.
