Stephanie started CrossFit to lose the baby weight gained from her two pregnancies. In her own words, Stephanie's biggest fear prior to starting CrossFit was that it wouldn't work. She was afraid that she would try it and nothing would change. Now, she's not only lost the weight, but feels like an athlete for the first time in her life. Her transformation at Nexus has made her more confident as a mother, wife, and business owner.
Jason has been doing CrossFit for over 5 years, but he's only been with us for a short time. In that time, he's seen massive improvement in his technique and strength, yet feels like our approach is more sustainable than any experience he's had before. He credits our small class sizes and high level of personal coaching for his advances.
